At AI for Access, we harness the power of ubiquitous technology to enhance accessibility and improve the lives of people with disabilities. While our charitable trust registration is in progress, we're already making a difference.

Mission Statement: To utilize widely available technology, like cell phones and AI applications, to create inclusive solutions that empower individuals with disabilities.

Current Projects:

  • Successfully funded the Barry Tahira project, providing a GPT-4.0 team subscription to enhance his role-playing experiences and daily tasks. We raised over $640, surpassing our initial target of $400!

  • Planning to expand our efforts to provide cell phones and essential apps to those in need. Stay tuned for more updates!

  • Russell Kirkby: Founder with a deep passion for leveraging technology to assist the disabled community.

  • Denise Jennings: Specialist in educating special needs children with a Master's degree.

  • Barry Te Hira: Recently joined as a trustee, actively contributing his insights and experiences.

Barry, who has cerebral palsy and partial blindness, has been significantly empowered through our efforts. We successfully raised over $640 to provide him with a GPT-4.0 team subscription.   • Cell Phone Provision: We aim to supply decent cell phones to those in need, enabling them to access vital applications and services.
